Cette étude se base sur un échantillon de 927 entretiens, dont 426 effectués auprès de personnes se déclarant comme « musulmanes » et 501 auprès de personnes n’ayant pas de lien avec l’islam.

The  law enforcement challenges of  cybercrime : are we really playing  catch-up?
This study argues that debates on the law enforcement challenge of cybercrime in the EU should steer clear both of doomsday scenarios that overstate the problem and scepticism that understates it , and that the key cybercrime concern for law enforcement is legal in nature rather than simply technical and technological. Indeed, the Study finds that the key challenge for law enforcement is the lack of an effective legal framework for operational activities that guarantees the
fundamental rights principles enshrined in EU primary and secondary law.

A Quest for Accountability? EU and Member State Inquiries into the CIA Rendition and Secret Detention Programme

At the request of the LIBE Committee, this study assesses the extent to which EU Member States have delivered accountability for their complicity in the US CIA-led extraordinary rendition and secret detention programme and its serious human rights violations. It offers a scoreboard of political inquiries and judicial investigations in supranational and national arenas in relation to Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and the United Kingdom.
